I really enjoyed my recent visit to Augusta. One of the reasons for that was due to the hotel that I stayed in. The Hotel was perfect in context of convenience, room, facility's and comfort. The staff went beyond any required standard of service, to look after me throughout, and I am very grateful for that.

We booked this hotel quickly because we had to get away from the coast due to the hurricane. To be honest, we were just glad to be somewhere safe but the hotel was good. There wasn't much to do close by and only a Waffle House or Chinese for supper within 5 mins.

We got stuck at the airport in Augusta after delayed flights, this meant that there was no car hire service or taxis. When I rang the hotel to ask that they keep my reservation they offered to send a shuttle, this was at 01:30 in morning on a Sunday (9th March) night. Awesome service, hugely appreciated.
