This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again

From the point of booking, the owner of Vegga suites made contact with us and was very attentive. Even walked to greet us on arrival at 5am, made reservations at a restaurant he recommended and was in his words “at our disposal” during our stay in Crete even after we left Heraklion to move to our beach holiday. Lovely , well appointed spacious room Staff charming

Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

This is a small complex in a residential area being renovated. The property is immaculate with a quiet and uncrowded pool area with outdoor kitchen. The beach and some wonderful restaurants are a 15 minute easy walk away.

Hotel and my room were well maintained and decorated to a high standard. Location was close to public transport, and the main square and port area. My room looked out on the walkway which tops the old ramparts of the city. Opposite side also windowed looked out onto rooftops and hotel courtyard.

Beautiful apartment, very modern, super clean, very well furnished and provided all required facilities for a very comfortable stay. Location is brilliant, very central and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants but quite inside the property even when the streets and bustling. Taxi ranks, bus stop and baggage storage all very nearby. Communication with staff was excellent. Loved it!

Our stay at Envy was amazing. From the moment we arrived when we greeted by Angela with a big smile, we knew that our stay was going to be lovely. We were not disappointed to say the least.
