"The staff was very friendly and helpful we had an issue with our room during checking and they change us to another one .. The beds are very comfortable, the shower handle telephone and remote needed to be replace in the room we stayed in but overall good place to stay for the price and only a 15 mint drive to the casinos . They offered coffee tea and granola bars for breakfast . "

"Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but the conditions were shocking. The hallways had visible damage, including holes in the ceiling, and the smell was overwhelming—a strong urine odor throughout. It was disgusting. When I opened the room door, it was clearly filthy and falling apart, so we didn’t even step inside. To make matters worse, another individual who did not appear to be a guest was riding a bicycle through the hallway near our room. The entire environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and honestly gave off the kind of unsettling feeling you’d expect from something you’d see in a trafficking documentary. I immediately requested a refund. The manager first offered a “nicer side,” then denied the refund and claimed I was lying. Thankfully, I had photos and Expedia issued the refund. If you value your safety, your children’s safety, and basic cleanliness—do NOT stay here."

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. I was so impressed. This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive to the guests. The facility is clean, room clean, modern. The price was affordable. The area is convenient to shopping and dining. I would stay here again. I highly recommend everyone to stay here."

"The only good news is, the room & the bedding were clean but there was one thin blanket (glad the heat worked). It had a kitchenette with zero silverware, pots/pans, dishes glasses or cups - ZERO. $30 at Salvation Army would go a long way. No coffee maker. I asked the desk for a metal spoon for ice cream, they only had plastic. A kitchenette with no hardware is not a kitchenette. One lamp was missing a shade (see photo), the aluminum strip covering a 1 inch flooring gap was loose, almost tripped. The room was outdated, which is not a problem, but it was just tacked together. I'm actually pretty resilient & can easily lower my standards to match the conditions but this was too much. I'm just glad it was clean. The hotel is a small family operation and it’s obvious they're trying to make it. Blessings to them for that, but sorry to say I won't be back."
