Outstanding welcome from the owners. Fabulous location for the Cliff walk which was absolutely stunning. Little touches that made our stay special. Breakfast was amazing and the porridge was delicious! Off road safe parking👍 Our room was beautiful overlooking the mountains with a large veranda. More like a 5 star suite. Gorgeous room scents! Cant recommend highly enough. We loved Hermanus & the Whale on Main❤️

We received a warm welcome whereby Natasha showed us where to park, where to eat, the property and extras like mini bar and fruits. As it was Christmas Eve she also reminded us that places close early and that we needed a reservation for restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and cosy with fluffy duvets and pillows. We had a great rest that night as well as enjoyed the chess board in the living room area in the evening. Breakfast was amazing as they had prepared a personalized note as well as...

Lovely staff, good breakfast, very comfortable room.

The location is good - short walk to cliff path for whale watching and easy walk to restaurants. Peaceful with great views of the golf course and mountains. Hosts were helpful with tips on things to do and places to eat.

Right from our check in and all the time we were there all the staff were so friendly and just excellent. Adrian was so friendly and could not have been more helpful The hotel itself was perfect for us, small, quiet and we just loved the relaxed atmosphere. They had a small bar area in the reception which works on an honesty basis. Just help yourself and make a note (Not very often you find that these days) Breakfast was just lovely and everything was so fresh and cooked to order. We...

A beautiful property overlooking the sea. We really loved staying here. Very clean and good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here for the views, whales, walks and just relaxing.

Well located, excellent staff, nice room. Well worth a return.

Spacious room, well located and parking outside. Friendly reception staff

Lovely quiet location with Friendly staff

Beautiful apartment in a great location. I wish we stayed longer

This small, friendly & comfortable Guest House is within easy walking distance of the shops & restaurants in Hermanus, & of viewing areas & the cliff path. The beautiful local sandy beaches (Grotto) are a 10/15 minute car ride away, & there are some swimming areas nearer. There is safe parking inside the gated property, & a very welcome (& clean) swimming pool. We were made to feel very much at home, & enjoyed some amazing & interesting breakfasts! January 2016

Great property with great service and quality breakfast but pool needed a clean.

Lovely staff

The hosts at Villa Venusta were warm and welcoming making us feel right at home after a long journey. A lovely room with a nice terrace to sit outside. A very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean and shiny. The breakfast was delicious too. We loved how close the property was to the well maintained cliff path offering an easy stroll into town. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Kennedy's Beach Suite: our room had a lovely double bed with an electric blanket which was so cozy when we got home at night. We loved the Jacuzzi on the deck with a view of the waves and of the stars. Just a short 10 minute drive to Hermanus and the whales. It was private and luxurious. Tea and rusks in the room and cognac and chocolates on the pillow. Fresh fruit every day. It could not be faulted. Congratulations to Ymile and to James for their care. We thoroughly...
