"This is a terrible place to stay. They don't allow visitors—and if they do, it's limited to just one person for only 15 minutes. They also won't provide fresh towels, even if you've already used the ones you had; they claim they can only issue one per day. So, if you shower in the morning and want to shower again at night, you won't be able to. Furthermore—to top it all off—you have to leave your keys with them, and there is no air conditioning. A very bad experience overall."

"Best staff, best location, and best service at this hotel. Jesus and another female staff at the front desk were excellent. For those that say Miraflores is where you should stay, San Isidro is really where it’s at. Even though there was an event going on at the hotel, we were never inconvenienced. "
