I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! We picked this hotel at random whilst travelling towards Norwich just expecting an ordinary little pub. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to a roomy room with a large en suite. Also deciding to have dinner we were served a beautifully presented meal which would compete favorably with many of the restaurants in the area and beyond. The staff were friendly and well versed in the history of the area.

Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre.
