"Not recommended it. They act like whatever attitude, my tv didn’t work. They change it next day and guess what didn’t work either. 3 nights staying without a TV. Hotel smell bad."

"The room I was given had light bulbs missing, there was no iron, the ironing board had a cover on one end that was too small for the board and the foam underneath was falling apart. There was mold in the shower, there were stains on the bed linens. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. I asked for new linens the first morning prior to me leaving for the day. I was told they would have someone come clean the room, replace the light bulbs and put an iron in the room. None of that happened by the time I returned at 9pm that evening. I spoke with some at the front counter and they had some give me linens to take with me, and the maintenance person was going to follow me bring the light bulbs and iron. The new linens had more stains than the previous linens. One of the beds appeared to have a significant dip in the center. Although not the direct fault of the hotel they still didn't do anything about the smell of cigarettes, cigars and Marijuana all over the place. This hotel has seen better days and I will never stay here again. On the positive side at least the demeanor and attitudes of the staff were pleasant."

"Every Staff member was very nice and attentive. A special thanks to Ocean who was in charge of breakfast. She is so sweet kind and attentive to everyone. Love how she kept the stations spotless cleaning and refilling items as we ate and watch her back and forth with a good morning greeting to everyone. On our last day she even offer to wrap my piece of cake after I just placed it in a napkin. She said you don't want crumbs all over yourself! One kid missed the waffle station after waiting for a while and it was just about 10am closing time she said sorry the machine was empty but she went and made him a waffle! I overheard the dad saying she was so nice that's why I figured we could ask her! He didn't want his son to miss out..and Ocean made it happen. The son was very appreciative! Ocean is definitely in the right job. SHE knows how make people comfortable and zips around fast doing so.😊"

"The staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were dirty! We checked into our room and the found the toilet full of feces, used soap in the shower and the bed sheets a mess. They staff was incredibly nice and gave us a new room that much better with the dirty gloves on the bedside table. There were piles of boxes and trash on each floor near the elevator. We won’t be returning. "

"The maids have to use the elevators so pays to get on a lower floor to avoid long waits in the morning."

"To be fair, it seems hotels, in general, in Florida, are better in all areas, that are within the same price point. That said, the staff was welcoming & friendly. The room was of ample space, but carpet by the sofa was wet and stained. The pillows were too small; standard size on a king size bed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The eggs tasted as if they were reconstituted from powder form, rather than freshly made, & the potatoes had a funky aftertaste. The waffle station; however was the best part. I guess I just expected a little bit more from a Marriott hotel. "
