"Overall we had a wonderful stay at 1928. The ambience of the hotel and room were amazing. We enjoyed the small details of the room and restroom such as dimmable lights and slippers. The curtains allowed us a restful stay. I think the opportunity for growth would be in the hotel staff. We were not greeted with a warm welcome or given any information about the hotel in general. The coffee shop was unattended several times we stopped in as well as the gift shop. Anyhow, we would return in the future and hope a few tweaks would turn this into a five star experience."
