"We loved our stay at Hotel Alpspitz. We booked two rooms and both were so comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. Very room and great mountain views. Parking was nice and the breakfast spread was great every morning. Felix was a great host, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the region again. "Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting."

Missing some basic necessities for a hotel such shampoo and conditioner (small bottle of 3-in-1) Front desk closes early so if you don’t get a request in early you are out out of luck. The town itself is very beautiful, the location of the hotel was great, and everything is walkable. Hotel is close in proximity to the local bus routes which made accessibility to neighboring towns very easy. "
