"Great Hotel,clean room,and a very good breakfast.(Added bonus free shuttle to and from airport). The staff at(DFW Hyatt Place)is one of the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. "Do not use this hotel! Unfortunately, we have stayed here numberous times. This time, our room was not ready, the pool was closed, the front revolving door was broken, the reception staff had a lousy did not care attitude! The bar was very overworked with a hotel booked party that day from 11:00 am. - 8:00 p.m. They were not notified, and said they would have brought additional staff on. The party was very loud with an open attrium. Very disappointed."

"It was a good experience; however, to make it worthwile for the guest there were too many amenities that guest had to pay for that should have been offered with the stay since the stay there is very expensive! Things like parking, some food options and activities should have come with the expense of booking the room. The canopies should be first come first serve instead of at a expensive cost."
