"The staff was extremely helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm. The breakfast had the best home fries!"

"Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby."

"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect.
