"No frills, however it’s so beautiful and clean. The price was right!! If there were any amenities we were not aware of them. The woman that checked us in was less than friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her (such as parking!) Fortunately, everyone else we encountered was exceptionally kind and helpful. Well worth the price!!"

"The valet staff wasn’t very friendly at all, they didn’t take the time to help set up text message alerts for calling the car ahead of time. Instead they gave me a ticket which meant it was more difficult to pick up my car. Considering the cost for valet is $49 + tax, it was definitely not work it and I wish I could get my money back for the poor experience at an expensive 4 star hotel. The cleaning staff also knocked on my door well before check out, waking me up."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"

There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Check-in was confusing — we arrived around midnight to locked doors and had to call someone to get in since staff is only onsite from 8 AM to 8 PM.
