"L’hotel è in un bel palazzo e le camere sono ampie e accoglienti ma siamo anni luce lontani dal concetto di boutique hotel. Dopo la prima notte mi sono fatta cambiare la camera perché la prima era super umida con un’unica piccola finestra. La colazione super scadente e ogni giorno un copia e incolla. "The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. You have access to the free sundbeds on the beach although, they don't like you taking your own food and drink there as want you to purchase from their bar. "The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!"
