"Quirky, affordable, 60s-themed hotel right across from Cleveland Hopkins airport. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to the airport. We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because of an early flight, but looked like a nice area. Would stay again!"

"I had my flight cancelled and needed a hotel late at night. The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. Rooms look remodeled and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle the next morning was very helpful, and it saved me the uber money."

"This place was just okay. They tried to do an update on an old motel and it’s just kind of didn’t go well. The carpet is old and the rooms smell really musty. The paint and caulking etc was done halfway with rust and chipping all showing through. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The bar/restaurant wasn’t opened. There’s not much of anything close by. The outside was decently kept. No elevator so you must lug your stuff up the stairs and you can hear everything regarding other...

"Very soon after check-in, the faulty fire alarm went off continuously. The front staff was not helpful. Could not call anybody. I called 911 to report it. The fire department told the front desk worker that we could not stay there in that room because of the fire alarm going off. The quality Inn was unable to provide me with another room (but while the fire department and I were in the lobby on July 4th evening, he was quoting everyone who called room prices) so of course I asked for a refund...

"Though it was July 4th during checkout young children were milling around awaiting time for leaving for fireworks displays to begin, things quieted down shortly as we had a late 9:00 pm time of arrival for checking in. All was well and quiet shortly thereafter. A very pleasant stay here. Well lit parking area and an area we felt was very safe . "

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"Perfect hotel for families with kids or teams traveling together. Quality breakfast, ample space to congregate and enjoy each other's company. workout room to get your heart rate up and a convient laundry room on the 2nd floor. Only complaint is that there's only one ice machine and it's in the lobby. People were filling up full large coolers and ice bags."

"Charming, historic building with comfortable inviting public spaces. Great hot buffet breakfast. Comfortable but softer bedding. Bathroom could have more counter space. Great location for art museum and botanical gardens."

"Could have been cleaner. There were about 30 kids who ran up & down the hall yelling all evening. By 11:30 I had to call front desk. All this noise continued for another hour. Had to be at Cleveland Clinic next morning at 6:45."
