"I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it...

"Worst hotel experience ever. Entry way La Quinta carpet has large stains, leaving a first impression that suited the property. Room window was slightly open and unlocked. Entire hotel smelled like mildew and was very humid. Room was dirty. Feces or some other fluid was on the bathroom walls and no telling what was on the chair near the bed. Did not feel safe at all. This was a last resort due to the limited availability of lodging in the area. Next time, I will choose to sleep in my vehicle...

"Expedia - You should feel ashamed of giving folks an option to book a room at this place. For what we paid this was by far my worst experience when booking a room with you guys. Room was awful, and unclean. There was no staff in site (good luck asking for towels or sheets), only a counter kiosk with a guy offshore checking you in). Never again."

"Only one staff member working the front desk with no other employees around to answer any questions or help. Pull out sofa bed he'd had no sheets or pillows. Had to ask and at least got sheets. Room was very small and sink for the bathroom was directly in front of the bed. Pool was having chemicals added during the day so no swimming. (The main reason we picked that hotel) Also wasn't ready by the next morning before checkout. Will not stay again."
