Lady on the desk when we got there was so nice and helpful.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
Breakfast very poor, nearly everything had ran out and no top up was done while we were there. The eggs that were there had all dried up. They need to keep an better check on this area

Lovely clean room in a modern hotel in a good safe area. Value for money too it’s just a shame that most hotels are on the bandwagon for charging guests for the car parking as you do not get added security. Most people arrive at hotels in a car and the daily rate is too expensive

Pleasant stay and reception changed my room due to noise from other room. Only problem was the beds were too hard for our personal opinion.
Nice firepit to sit around in the evening when it was getting cold.

Arrived to find lobby in the middle of renovations.
Room was large and appeared refurbished however the toilet seat look melted/heat damaged and black blobs of (?) grout in toilet pan that didn’t flush. Gym closed due to renovations. Breakfast was basic but nice.
Carpet seemed new but already has a couple of stains.
Towels were fresh and soft, clean room.
Could be great but management need to check quality of workmanship finish, i.e sharp metal strips in the lift.

We stayed for two nights in August 2014. The room had everything we needed, fridge, ice, toiletries, huge bed and two comfy armchairs. Although the decor wasn't to our style it was all good quality and very clean. It's a little bit of a drive from Branson centre but we didn't mind as it was such a bargain!

Has such a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. It had a waffle making station which was a big hit. The area itself was beautiful, felt very safe and went to the pizza restaurant. Highly recommend!

We were greeted by a lovely, friendly lady who gave us our door passes and a map of Springfield and we were grateful to what appeared a clean and tidy room. However on putting our drinks in the refrigerator there was a bottle of some energy drink in it. I presume it wasn't a gift from the hotel to worn out travellers!
As I had brought teabags from UK we decided to have a brew before heading out to see the Fantastic Caves. Imagine my surprise when the water came through brown instead of clear -...
