"It is very old and it smells old needs major updates . Wall sockets hanging out and all furniture is from the 90s Staff super nice . There is stores close by. Parking lot big. Just needs updated bad"

"The room was immaculately clean and included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Check-in was very quick and smooth and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. If I’m in town again, I’ll definitely stay again."

"The property stated they were undergoing renovations. There was a worn out tarp over a portion of the building. Yellow warning tape around the pool area and the doorway to pool area. Staff stated that some of the Reno stuff fell into the pool, so they closed it. The water has a brown tint to it. This was only disclosed AFTER reservation was completed. The toilet seat was coming off in room 115! I tightened it so my 7yo grandson wouldn’t fall off the toilet! There was no toilet paper roll...

"We didn't even stay. The room was nasty. The front desk offered to clean it but then decided to give us another room. Looked at that room and it was smelling of mold and mildew. Went back down to the front desk and asked them to cancel. They did cancel but I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if your coming into town from out of state."

"Clean room but alot of ppl hanging in lobby and around front desk. Was told upon Checkout that id get my 50 room deposit back but instead was charged 48.40 with no explanation. Ive tried calling the front desk at tru by Hilton several times and havr been brushed off. Was told it was just room fees. What room fees? I paid my nighly room rate, taxes, and everything. This was supposed to be the 50 deposit and somehow was turned into a room charge with no explanation. They've been almost rude...
