"Sisäänkirjautuminen alkoi klo 15, me saavuimme paikalle hiukan ennen neljää. Vastaanotossa sanottiin, että siivous on kesken ja saamme huoneen vasta klo 17. Mukava uutinen, kun oltiin menossa Kirjurinluotoon! 😡 Autohallikin kuulemma täynnä. Kahvilippua tarjottiin korvaukseksi mutta se ei siinä helteessä innostanut vaan halusimme tavaramme hotelliin ja jazzeille. Kerroin, että otan kyllä asiasta yhteyttä johtoon ja vaadin hyvitystä. Tällöin takahuoneesta lähti yksi henkilö siivousavuksi, ja meille löytyi myös ilmainen autopaikka pysäköintihallista. Huoneen saimme n. klo 16.20, eli loppu hyvin, kaikki hyvin. Tyylikkäästi sitten hoitivat asian, mutta tällaisen asian ei pitäisi tulla yllätyksenä hotellille. Kolmen hengen huone oli tilava ja kaikille oli hyvät sängyt. Myös ilmastointi oli miellyttävä."

"Super clean & comfortable place to stay, with a well-equipped kitchen for everything you need to cook basic meals. The location is great, but is on the a main street with noisy trucks in the morning hours. No AC but not needed when I was there. Great and fast communication from the hosts too. "
