"It's a nice inn, people are rather friendly, and the breakfast items are pretty much what you expect at a Quality Inn. The biggest issue was that the entire property is infested with ants - they are everywhere - in the room, bathroom, and dining area. The management needs to address it asap. As of now, I would avoid it."

"We were only in town for one night to see a show at the casino. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was pristine and the bed was very comfortable. A very nice service offered was the shuttle. The driver drove us to our dinner spot, then picked us up and took us to the casino! Very great service. Was not expecting that."

"Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs.
