"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the M Social. The staff were really helpful. The hotel is also in a great location. The only negative was the admin charge that was added at the end. A complete (and nasty) surprise. "

"Better, newer, more quiet than Millenium Broadway next door. Has lounge all time beverage. As Broadway Front Desk they dont have courtesy to admit that they dont have facility available but still charging facility fee to guests. Thankful for Hector's courtesy and helpful info."
