"I loved everything about this property, it was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing the staff was very friendly and the beach and property was so clean and gorgeous. When you walk in the hotel the smell was so nice and refreshing. Despite it raining the first two days we enjoyed the restaurants' food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was nice and full of everything one would love for breakfast. However I left a few items hanging in the closet and I called the hotel to have them shipped to me at my expense. The hotel manager over housekeeping was notified and made aware of the situation and spoke with her team which inturn lied and said items were not left. So unfortunately they have liars and thieves working among that friendly staff. Im just thankful it was nothing of great value, because I dislike thieves and liars. I hope that the young Hispanic lady enjoy my clothes. So please be sure you check the closets and dressers thoroughly before leaving that hotel or any other."

"Lovely recently renovated property in great location. Easy beach access. Beautiful pool with all the amenities. All meals on site were great. Especially the breakfast buffet. It’s clear they had a few staff shortages, but everyone is doing their best."

"Location & Property: The property was perfect location and walking distance to Coligny plaza and the beach. The apartment was located in a new building so everything was very clean and comfy. Other notes: It was a little awkward at check-in when they tried to get us to sign us for a vacation package presentation, which we were not interested in. Unfortunately the lazy river pool was closed for maintenance during our stay so we couldn't enjoy it and still had to pay the resort fee."

"We had construction awaken my wife earlier than planned this morning. Other than that, we loved the comfort and beauty and location of the hotel. I'm sure the construction before 8am was an oversight. The shower needs a deep clean from some mold. The linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable."
