"Great room super nice staff and located right on top of the Kagoshima Chuo station . Plus attached to a really nice 6 story mall with all the perks including fantastic restaurants. The Trolley is right in front AND there’s a huge Ferris wheel on top with super views of the town and Sakurajima. Prime spot for day trips all over Kyushu! Highly recommended!!!!"

"A great place to stay. Straight across from the train station and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants. Tram and bus stops right outside, so it is very convenient for sightseeing. Great view of Sakurajima from the lobby window. Room was smallish but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Another one I will definitely return to ."

"The onsen facilities are wonderful. The hotel is a short walk from Tenmonkan, where many shops and restaurants are located. Most of the attractions in Kagoshima Chuo are walkable from the hotel."

"Good stay. Good location near Kagoshima Chuo and nearby shops and restaurants. Walkable to some of the tourist sites. Staff were really friendly. Parking was easy although I believe it sometimes fills up. Breakfast had a good variety and I liked the fruit provided. Good variety of amenities at lobby."

"We stayed for 5 nights. Location is excellent. City tram is right in front of hotel at ¥170/ride. A few stops from Kagoshima Chuo station. We drove. Parking is available at a charge. Parking attendants were friendly & helpful. Short walk to surrounding cafes & restaurants. Family mart next door. Very convenient."
