The staff were fabulous and the breakfast terrific. Unfortunately there must have been a smoker in that room at some point. The smell of smoke was embedded in the room. However the room was v comfortable

Lovingly restored with lots of Victorian touches. Excellent breakfast, and snacks to take away. Very good value. The owner was on away, but his sister was friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the rooms varies, and some work to the property is needed. Avoid the Elizabeth room until the ceiling and door are repaired.

Hotel lived up to what others had said , scrupulously clean and staff most professional and helpful would definitely return and recommend. We were here to visit a friend in twinsburg but due to bad reviews in that area we came a few minutes up the road , in a word Excellent!!!

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and found the hotel and staff to be great. There is no restaurant but a basic breakfast including some hot and cold and make your own waffles ( not good for the waistline ) was available. Hotel also had a " Happy Hours " 5.30pm till 7.30pm on the first night I was there where that provided unlimited free beers and wines and some finger foods. This was totally unexpected and certainly appreciated. Rooms well laid out , very clean and comfortable. Staff...

Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming.
Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door.
Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.

This is a great place to stay. Honestly I just don’t get these negative reviews. It was really clean, quiet, felt very safe. The staff could not do enough for you. I am definitely coming back!!
