"Good: The staff was excellent, including the Front Desk and other up front folks. The Housekeeping staff were good as well. The location can't be beat. The lobby is beautiful.
The bad: Our first room smelled very bad, like old smoke or mildew?? It was very strong. The airfilter and A/C did nothing to help. The front desk was able to move us to another room which was fine. Again the front desk was helpful. The rooms are also very small and the rooms and the bathrooms were also quite dated and could use a refresh. Overall I was expecting more from a Crowne Plaza property.
After moving rooms, the stay was fine and the location made the time enjoyable."
