THE KNOT Hiroshima
"The restaurant and bar were nice, but other than that, the hotel was really mid. The house keeping was really poor, they didn't change our glasses and toilet paper. We had to go ask the staff at the lobby. The room was okay, not really clean and kinda old. Hard for me to recommend this hotel."

"Terrible smell as smoking is allowed in the middle of the entrance lobby. Also, the smallest and outdated bathroom facilities. Check-in staff was most helpful, but when we asked to call a taxi upon departure, we were given a card with a telephone number… When we explained that we don’t speak Japanese ..."
