Lovely room and staff. Booked this just for one night as a stop over before the Hirtshals ferry and worked out well. Room was bigger than I was expecting with a hall and big bathroom. Restaurant was buzzing which was great to see.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Quiet chalet style room. Delightful and safe. Aalbaek has a quiet charm. Lovely walks, lovely food and dunes!
Breakfast was lovely and staff really cares and made sure everything topped up and as good as when service began.
Highly recommend for a quiet peaceful stay.

Wonderful location for exploring the Skagen peninsula. Local train runs every 30 mins. The hotel complex is simply delightful and definitely worth considering for your stay. The houses are simply perfect. Remember to shop before you arrive, especially if coming out of season as not all local restaurants stay open in quieter times. But Skagen and Lidl etc two stops away, or think ahead and shop before you come. Little hotel snack shop has milk and snacks and some meal prep items.

It had everything we needed. Very pretty surrounding area and park. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of activities for those who enjoy sports or for children. Play park is in the grounds of the main building. Large communal seating area. There was a high loft with two more bunks and 4 in the general area of the room.
Linen was very clean and freshly washed - actual bedding/duvets/pillows could do with updating. Overall, good for a hostel.

Gorgeous little cabin close to the port of Hirtshalls, (30mins drive) very well fitted out, owner was very accommodating even though we arrived very late at night. Would definitely stay there again.
