"Positives first: the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The grounds and lobby area was clean and well maintained. We were able to gather in the lobby as a group to visit with other family staying there. Bathroom has residual shower products from a previous stay and hair in the shower. Bedside table had burns on it . Room was hot and musty when we first entered it. Room was pricy considering these circumstances."

"Doors were missing locks, noisy, first night I came back from work and could not get in my room they had to unlock door with tool/ object. Second night I was given a room with air conditioner that did not work and could not secure/ lock door so had to move again. Noisy at 3am sounded like someone was coming through my wall with banging/ car doors slamming all while paying full price and inconsiderate staff"

"Don’t boom here just because the price is right. That is not the case fore sure. The bed was way uncomfortable and the room was hot. Shower curtain had a mildew smell. Ever as a truck driver, I will never again stay here. I will definitely spend the extra $40 to stay at holiday inn."

"Cabin provided NO SHEETS, BLANKETS or PILLOWS, nor INDOOR PLUMBING. I would have NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED any lodging listed on Expedia would not provide those two things. Additionally, cabin was over booked. I didn't appreciate not knowing if my family has a place to stay that late at night after a long busy day of traveling. They found us another cabin that was less convenient to access (I had heavy items to unload) and no walkway to the door (just a bunch of roots to trip over) and no...
