"The apartment and property was exactly as described. It's all new and very clean and nice. I was shocked at how easy and smooth the check in process was when we got there. Our stay was extremely comfortable with everything we needed in the apartment. The use of the full sized washer and dryer was nice. The pool and amenities around the pool and clubhouse were great. We really liked the area around the pool with tvs, grills, ping-pong, and foosball table. Also the Starbucks drink machine inside the clubhouse where you could make your own drink was a fun little perk! It's so helpful to have a covered parking spot too for when it is so very hot, although there were a few times we found another car parked in our designated spot. Overall, this place was awesome and so, so convenient to the Goodyear Ballpark and practice fields. I would highly recommend especially for the cost!"

"We really love this place. We got to stay in the new wing--probably about 2 years old. Yes, it's a budget motel, but everything is in excellent repair, clean, comfortable, attractive and convenient. The refrigerator/freezer is larger than a mini-fridge. The A/C unit works GREAT (so appreciated in the 110-degree heat!), which they turn on BEFORE you arrive, provided you have a reservation. The property also has a really nice pool. We'll be back, each time we make the trip through the area."
