"My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...

"I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. Luckily the Expedia agent was very helpful and proceed my refund right away after confirming to the accommodation. I booked a grab car from the airport to this...
