"The furniture outside and inside the coffee bar/bar area was filthy. The carpet in the halls was so dirty. The showers had dirt in the corners. Our bathroom door (a sliding situation) wouldn’t shut completely which was irritating.
Upon arrival we were told we would receive a daily $25 credit for the bar or cafe and when we tried to do this we were told they weren’t doing room charges."
