"I was in town helping my daughter move into her dorm. I stayed 6 nights and never had any issue. I really liked this hotel and found it to be a good value. The staff were always responsive and helpful, the room was nice and clean and I felt very safe. It’s a great location right next to Madison Square Gardens and the original Macy’s on 34th st is nearby. I would happily stay here again!"

"Friendly staff! Great location adjacent to Lincoln park. Just a few blocks from Columbus circle and several subway connections. Starbucks, target and a late night gelateria steps away. Complementary water bottles are a great perk. Was under the impression you could enjoy a cocktail poolside while the kids cool off, but the restaurant is not affiliated with the pool. Otherwise, a great stay and would return"

"LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!! I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars."

"The overall experience with the front and hotel staff was excellent. My room was superbly comfy and the elevators were not long and it ran smooth. The bar next to Cafe was not excellent. They need to work on customer service could have been much better. But overall no complaints"
