Inoltre ho preferito questo hotel ad altri perché nella descrizione e nelle foto della camera da me scelta (suite executive) era indicata la presenza del bidet nel bagno su tutti i siti (allego foto). Invece nella nostra camera il bidet non c'era e mi è stato risposto che è presente solo nelle stanze delux. Quindi o vanno...

Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Excellent friendly staff. Great central location. We used a bus and tram to get there, pretty simple route."

"The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. It is close to all of the major attractions and restaurants, yet is nestled on a quiet side street. The staff was very amenable, especially the wait-staff at the Houdini Restaurant located in the hotel (dinner there was excellent!)! Our room (Executive Double Room) was well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again."

The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. The room was large and very comfortable. The room has air conditioning, a tea kettle, and a TV. The breakfast was very good as well."
