"Amazing views of the glaciers! Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was good. Views were great from the breakfast room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Some sugar, salt and pepper would be a good addition to the kitchen amenities. The dryer was not working and the staff were super helpful to dry our clothes off the property and deliver back to us. Overall a very comfortable stay"

"Rude staff. There is a laundry room in the common shared areas open and unlabeled. It is assumed that is for shared just like the bathroom and kitchen. After we used the washing machine one of their staff members came angry at us, said the laundry was for staff only and that we needed to hang our wet clothes outside to dry under the rain!!! "This hotel is located in a very remote area, and it is understandable that no hotel staff is available on site and we need to do self-check-in. The room was clean and well-maintained. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast (actually no breakfast). It would be very helpful if the guests at this hotel could use the restaurant of the affiliate hotel across the road (Route 1) as default, without request from the guests."
