"After a long train ride to the hotel, we arrive at the hotel are, 7pm, we called the hotel to let them know we were on our way to the hotel because of the delayed train ride due to a fire, when we got there we were tired from the long, Once we got to the room it wash handicap accessible and the This was a horrible experience, the carpet was dirty with stains on the floor, then bathroom look like it hadn't been clean, the carpet had a bad odor,, it look like it hadn't been clean, our room was very unpresentable and when we asked for our money back the next day, they stated we had to go through Expedia to get our refund, now we are getting run around, they never sent us a receipt to our email for our 1 day stay , this was my husband birthday and our anniversary, and the experience was horrible."

"We stayed 6 nights as a good middle point for Savannah downtown, Hilton Head, and Tybee. Considering we had a very late night flight in and an early AM flight out, the proximity to the airport was a plus. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Have nothing at all negative to say."

"My family and I tried to go outside to the pool area and chill by the pool. Called the front desk and was simply told “No” without any explanation on the phone. When I went downstairs to get clarification as to why guests weren’t allowed to just simply sit outside. The hostess then told me that the pool was “under construction” or “under inspection” instead of telling guests that the moment when they check in, or at least having a sign on the door. later that night i asked for towels, the hostess asked me to bring the “dirty ones” down stairs, i’m used to having somebody bring them to me if i’m unable to come down. We probably won’t be booking here again. "
