Room was great. Service was first class. Spa area is lovely. Breakfast was really good. Only negative was fact that TV in the room didn’t work and wasn’t sorted despite being reported at reception

The staff was fab and checking in was great. I have to speak highly of the staff as when I informed that I was cold, they promptly turned on the heating in my room and asked Housekeeping to bring me a plug in radiator. The room was lively.
