Their in-house restaurant and authentic German breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed a dinner there as well and the ambiance and decor make for a welcoming and delicious meal. We also enjoyed a beer out on their deck over the river. Delightful. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Amberg!"

"The room was very quiet, even on the night that there was a huge, loud party going on in the ground floor restaurant and bar. We never ate in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Location in right next to the city hall on a pedestrian mall. No easy parking. Walkable from train station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. No desk staff until midday."

"Perfect for a quick stay on a longer trip. For us the check in did not work and we got no code to the door. After 30 minutes in the phone talking to 3 different people, thedoor was opened remote but but we could not leave as no code worked."
