"Cosy room. Very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Friendly staff and nice selection of channels on TV. Elevator and easy parking across the road.The only problem was the mattress which was not straight/flat... so I woke up with back pain. Luckily it was just one night. The rest was excellent but the quality of the bed must be everything for a hotel......"

"Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne....

"We were hiking GR5 in January, with one stage ending at Vianden. We were grateful to be able to stay in this comfortable and conveniently located hotel, as there were very few overnight options at this time of the year.
We got a larger room than we booked with view at the castle. The room is comfortable and clean. We had dinner at the acompanying restaurant, which is nicely decorated. The food was delicious. And the staff was warm."

"I was traveling with my 2 kids so we wanted 3 beds. In typical European fashion it was 3 beds next to each other but it was comfy able and it worked well for 2 nights.
I was worried because this was the old air base billeting building but it was nice, I felt safe, and it was clean.
The hotel doesnât have AC, which I knew when I booked, so be mindful of you are traveling in the summer but when we went, early June, having the windows cracked was all we needed."
