"Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay."

"Our initial visit was not so good paid for early check in and though we received a new room with amenities we wanted from the start it was after a room which phone did not work mold in bathroom
And vents had heavy dust we enjoy Ballys but we had that sentiment we also stated an additional night with cost added but we enjoyed our stay for the most part"

"Upon arrival, I would have given 5 stars, because what’s not to love about being right on the beach!
Well, what’s not to love is a noisy AC unit that wakes you up from a dead sleep when it turns back on in the middle of the night. That, and the lights were kept on outside the room all night which the curtains do not block out entirely. One final note - there were lots of noisy car races throughout the night, which, if the AC unit had the ability to stay running without going into energy-saving...

"Lo único malo que el internet está súper malo, y para los niños y las tablet no funciona.
No hay microondas hay que pagarlo por 25$, el parqueo tienes que pagar 25$ diario.
El servicio de habitaciones excelente
Y lo que más me gustó es que hay demasiada seguridad. Y eso es muy importante.
La entrada al parque no está incluida pero el parque súper limpio, y mucha seguridad a tal punto que puedes relajarte sin estar atento a los niños prácticamente te lo cuidan.
Me encantó y volvería a ir."

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"
