ARE YOU SERIOUS ALSO LIGHTS WERE OUT IN MY ROOM TOTAL DARKNESS FUSE BLEW OR SOMETHING AND THE DAY BEFORE THE BATHROOM LIGHT WENT OUT WHEN USUNG HAIRDRYER THEY FIXED THAT TOO WHEN I GOT BACK AFTER BEING OUT ALL DAY NOT A BIG DEAL THEY QUICKLY FIXED THE ISSUE HOTEL IS FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER BUT THERE IS A TRAM RIGHT OUTSIDE SO THATS VERY CONVENIENT TO TAKE TO A MAIN METRO STATION PROS NICE HELPFUL RECEPTION CLEAN AREA "

"The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good. We did not drive, but they have parking space. The location is within walking distance to train station and to the Wachau Valley ship dock. "
