"Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage."

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa!
