The hotel should consider replacing the carpets or switching to hardwood flooring, which would make the rooms feel cleaner and fresher."

"Great location and short walks to restaurants and Lake Eola nearby where you can walk around the lake. Also the rooms were very nice and spacious and had a comfortable bed and we got 2 complimentary drinks in the evening and a great free hot breakfast where you can get omelets made to order if you want them, the room was also stocked with lots of snacks and drinks which were all complimentary, highly recommended and would stay there again."

"1/5 Stars: Avoid at all costs!!! I booked this hotel for a much-needed trip and it was a nightmare. The "amenities" are a joke—the front door didn't even open with my access card, and the staff was incredibly rude when I asked for help. The room smelled terrible, the appliances were ancient, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tub leaked. Most importantly, as a solo traveler, I felt completely unsafe here. Do not let the pictures fool you; this place is a scam."

"I think that the staff is all new. We went to check in - and were told that we did not have a reservation. The gentleman didnt even check for our name, or the reservation number we provided. He told us that 3rd party bookings did not occur there. We were left without a hotel and had to scramble to find another one. In the morning - we noticed that the hotel had charged us the entire amount for 2 nights. (funny because didnt he say we did not have a reservation.. they howd you get my credit...
