"We literally walked into the room, walked back out and demanded a refund. Which was granted. The room was in bad condition, it was pretty ran down, hair everywhere, stains on the walls, the blinds were chewed up obviously by a pet. This hotel was very impoverished. You can hear other guest TV and conversations in the room, didn’t feel safe. I do not recommend, they really need to invest into this property."

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem.
This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and was very well-appointed (dishes, glassware, blankets, etc.). The location was great, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We highly recommend staying here, and we’d consider staying here again when we go back to Raleigh."
