"Was originally put into a room on the first floor that had an adjoining door with the next room. I asked to be moved into another room because I could hear the neighbors entire conversation as if they were in our room. Requested a room change and was accommodated without any issues. The rest of my stay was very pleasant."

"We stayed 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the free breakfast, dining area looked nice though. Looked like a popular bar/ restaurant adjacent to hotel, we didn’t get to check out this time.My kids loved the outdoor pool, they practically spent the whole day in the pool, it was great in the hot weather, it has nice long hours, from 9am to 9pm . We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Danbury."

"During our stay, a car alarm of a car in the hotel parking lot started to go off at 3:30 AM in the morning. We notified the front desk and were told that they did not know who the owner was. When we called down later to let them know that the alarm was still going off, they said that nothing could be done. The alarm continued to go off until 5:45 in the morning. It was an incredibly disappointing stay."
