"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. "This is a new hotel (2024) but you can already see wear and tear. It’s maybe slightly better than a holiday inn. The blanket is a little weird in that’s it’s a fleece between two sheets. It’s clear the fleece isn’t washed between stays as you can see hair. I agree with other reviews that not having card verification on both sides of the elevator is a huge miss. It’s only on the right side so people crowd the right panel. You can’t fault the staff - super nice and polite."
