"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was courteous. The pool area and lobby were tranquil. While the staff was pleasant, they did not provide me with comprehensive information during check-in, such as the deposit amount (as I booked through Expedia, this information is not disclosed). They merely advised me to insert my card. I believe they should have reviewed my reservation with me and provided more details about the hotel, including the bar and restaurant areas. I had to inquire about these aspects, and I felt that more information about the hotel’s amenities could have been provided. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, I booked through Expedia, and the room I was assigned should have included a bathtub. When I inquired about the bathtub in the assigned room, the staff confirmed its presence. However, upon arrival, the room did not have a bathtub. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that there were limited rooms with bathtubs and that they were unable to accommodate my request. Given our exhaustion and desire to rest before attending evening events, we decided not to take further action. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but the price is not justified for a single night stay."
