"Hot tub was not home enough jets barely worked. Multiple towels in they're pool and trash all over, went to the pool close to when they opened in the morning so it's not a matter of it just getting trashy but negligence, the elevators had very dirty floors, half the lights in the room didn't work. Didn't get the room we booked bc they overbooked, leaving us short a bed we needed. Couldn't control they're heat/ac worth a damn, it was either ice cold or uncomfortably how. When we asked if they had breakfast when we checked it to see if it was worth canceling and going elsewhere since we were short a bed (didn't know about all the other issues we would face at the time) was told yes, but not that it's not included. It's a super limited menu of overpriced options that are not even close to as good as what they charge for it. Offered zero compensation for screwing up our room. For the rate it was an awful experience. Motel quality for hotel price."

"The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. "

"The only thing that I was disappointed in was the bed, very uncomfortable! The hideaway bed that my niece stayed in was more comfortable than the regular bed! Other than that everything else was great! Breakfast was awesome! Staff was great! Pool & Hot tub were refreshing! "

"I would not recommend this hotel unless you absolutely have nowhere else to sta. maintenance does not know how to fix or repair anything properly. Towels were wore so thin you could see through them. No Kleenex in the room, sloppiest repairs to the walls and floors. Carpet loose in the hallways and patching on dry wall was very poor"
