"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"

"I loved this hotel. It was just perfect for my short stay in Krakow and I'm glad i picked it! It is so close to the main station and Market Square is a short walk away. The trams and bus stops are so close too and there is a huge shopping centre a 2 minuite walk away to pickup essentials, dine, coffee etc. There are electric scooter parks available very close by in case you feel a bit adventurous. The staff are so helpful and friendly and you simly must try the food in the restaurant! It's a really trendy/hip hotel whose design and aesthetic seems to be designed for a young crowd but I felft right at home and welcomed - just like every other guest! If there was a Tribe in my home town, I would go there for weekend breaks. My room was prestinely clean and the windows and door so sound-proofed, I could not hear a peep from ouside at all! Loved it and will definitely return. Thanks Tribe."

"Room is located a short walk from the train station but still within a manageable distance to main attractions and centre. Room was spacious with all you could want. Room had small balcony which would be lovely in warmer weather. Kitchen inside room was well equipped. Accommodation had stairs and a lift for access and it never seemed busy . there are tram and bus stops nearby. There is a cafe across the street and more eateries within the shopping mall which is attached to the train station. The area is very walkable and the location of this room was a great. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean however, it was extremely outdated and the wallpaper was coming off. It is not modern and does not feel homely - the furniture is also outdated and needs a touch up. The room had everything you needed - pots, pans and an iron. The bathroom was big. we were woken up several times to the bin men outside as it on a busy road. The curtains also do not block out the light."

"We had a great stay at Puro, upon arriving, we were greeted by Sebastian at the reception desk.What a terrific employee. We were greeted with a warm smile, a highly competent and very professional gentleman. The hotel was clean, our room very quaint and cozy. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We had a great stay. We had a small dog and she was also very happy. Highly recommend....very accommodating staff. Sebastian brought us an ironing board and iron instantly after requesting. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Thank you for an excellent weekend stay!!"
