Kona Bali Kai
Everything there was great for what I paid. Parking,Clean apartment. Great kitchen. Bathroom huge with plenty of towels. Ac worked great and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer. Plus they leave you a Welcome package. Accessible to restaurant, beach, malls.

Apt was fabulous: clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The portable AC unit had a locking device on it so we weren't able to cool down the apartment.
