Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

"Our third stay at this resort and obviously for good reason! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Multiple pool areas with different depths were perfect for our small grandkids to play in. Shallow enough in one pool for them to splash and walk in and the other was deeper for swimming etc. The beach has super fun snorkeling especially at night,....grap a dive light and go see all kinds of critters on the nearby reef within a short swimming distance. We saw 4 octopus one evening and several squid etc. Great shore diving!!! Very nice rooms with full kitchens and super nice balconies. Some of the rooms do need some improvements however as one had a missing TV and blinds that needed repair. The included buffet breakfast is really nice and has made to order eggs, omelets etc. Hotel food is very good but we usually do not get the all inclusive as there are several super nice restuarants along the beach that we like to take turns eating at and they are all reasonably priced! We come here as a family to go diving and the dive shop "Infinity Divers" is an awesome outfit to work with! Everyone who works there is top notch! Our 12 year old grandson finished his certification with Tanya as his dive instructor and she is absolutely awesome!!! Tanya was very professional and went above and beyond in teaching him things that even us as seasoned divers were never taught! Highly recommend her! We rented a private boat and were taken to dive sites we picked!"

"It's a hidden gem, if you like your vacations to be extra relax and quiet, this is the place! The staff is amazing! they do nightly activities ( trivia, karaoke, dancing, disco) and they are great, gets you involved and moving. Also, if you are an outgoing person and like to chat, you will make lots of acquaintances along the way. The food was good, I would say dinners were my favorite. They do have snack time but they are strict and stay on a timely schedule - so food its not available 24 / 7. Bartenders are very friendly as well."

"I have stayed there a few times and nothing changes. Equipment in the gym is broken with only one out of five pieces of equipment functioning. No water in water cooler. No towels. Staff doesn't let you check in until exactly 3 pm despite the hotel being mostly empty. Loud construction on the same floor where my room was on multiple days. No water pressure in shower. Mold on ceiling. No hot water in the morning. WIFI in the room is slow and only works close to the door."
