"Last minute decision to stay in town and the only place that had availability close by was the super 8 Bay St. Louis, what a mistake they had roaches all over the room. It freaked my wife out. We tried to make the best of it but, she couldn’t once she seen a roach in the bed so we left and drove home. "

"I booked this room for 4 days, not once did anyone come to clean the room or replace the towels or take the trash while we were gone. The do not disturb sign was never used so there was no excuse. When I asked about it, I was told that they only clean every 3 days. I was there for 4 days and no one ever cleaned so that was a lie. Rooms should be cleaned every day or at least every other day. And there was a woman in the room next to me who yelled at my husband because I was in her spot, there...

"There was no WiFi at all, fridge was off and didn’t turn on, same with TV. The carpet by the AC was soaked because the unit was leaking. We even found black mold. When asked for a refund ( left before our booking ended), was told no. This was unfortunate."
